How can I place order on Luxareo?

Simply browse our website, select the products you’d like to buy, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay through Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment options like credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.

What is estimated delivery time?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 3-5 days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary in case of holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. For exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What is the exchange policy?

You can exchange a product within 48 hours of delivery, as long as it’s in its original condition and packaging. An unboxing video is required. You’ll also need to pay a flat fee of ₹50 for shipping charges.

Will I get tracking number for my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number to help you track your shipment. You can also contact our customer support for updates.

Can I order as a gift for someone else?

Yes When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
